Built in 1972, covering an area of 535 hectares, Mina Zayed is the main gateway for goods entering the emirate of Abu Dhabi via sea.

Facilities:

Mina Zayed offers a diversified range of services, including container terminal, general cargo services, RORO (Roll-on Roll-off), CFS (Container Freight Station), warehousing and cruise terminal, and has the capability to develop customer-tailored solutions. 

The terminal contains 21 berths, each with depth ranging between six and 15 meters, and a total quay length of 4,317 meters. Four of the berths are dedicated container berths; 17 are general cargo berths for bulk, break bulk and RORO traffic; and there is berth dedicated to cruises, which is used during the UAE cruise season.
